Service Fees

EuroBound may assess the following non-commissionable fees in processing travel arrangements.

Airline and Rail Tickets

• $50 per ticket for airline reservations.
• $50 per ticket for airline ticket exchanges or cancellations plus applicable airline fees.
• $25 per person for rail tickets or rail passes
• $25 per person for rail ticket echange or cancellations plus applicable carrier fees

Packages

• $50 per person plus any applicable airline and/or supplier fees for each change on a booking after deposit has been paid.
• $100 per person plus any applicable airline and/or supplier fees for each change on a booking once documents are issued.
• $50 per person non-refundable deposit for travel within 14 days of departure.

Other Fees

• $50 for FEDEX / express delivery of documents.
• $25 for checks returned due to non-sufficient funds.
